• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
• We accept payment via EFT, subject to confirmation of receipt.
• Invoices will be issued for all completed transactions.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery options and charges are communicated on order finalisation.
• Estimated delivery times are guidelines only; delays caused by external factors are not our responsibility.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection. Shipping/return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customised or special-order products are non-refundable.

6. Warranty

• Q-CAR products carry a 12-month warranty on all parts, a 3-year warranty on the battery system and 2-year warranty on the motor and charger against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Q-CAR is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pretoria.
